No Pay Day for Killers Ex-Manager

The Killers went back in front of the California State Labor Commissioner earlier this week in a bid to avoid paying the band’s former manager a cool $3 million. The band’s lead singer Brandon Flowers faced his second day of cross-examination by lawyers for their ex-manager Braden Merrick.

The Las Vegas rockers are being sued for unpaid commissions in 2006 by Merrick. But the Brandon and the rest of the band are seeking to get their management contract nullified and deemed void, alleging that Merrick booked employment without a license. I think there’s so much more to this story than what we know. Details!
