‘National TChris Daughtryreasure: Book of Secrets’ is a hit movie. You can bet that all songs that are attached to the soundtrack of it would be hits too but not when you’re name happens to be Chris Daughtry. The American Idol alum who did better than everyone else thought that he was going to have a song featured in the hit flick but Variety is reporting that it got cut just before the movie was released.

Disney music chief Mitchell Leib comments on the cut saying “It’s a great song, and probably could have been a good marketing tool, but when we put it up with the movie, it just felt wrong.” Daughtry’s song was supposed to play during the end credits.
