Travis Barker Lawsuit

The tattooed father and former drummer of defunct band Blink 182, Travis Barker, is suing RockStar energy drink for the unauthorized use of his name and image to promote their product. The lawsuit claims that “in 2007, RockStar, without permission or authorization” from the musician, put a picture of the rocker on their web site without asking for any permission to do so. His image has since been pulled from their site. But Travis is still asking for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Drink to that RockStar! Travis just showed you not to mess with a real rock star now, didn’t he?
