Matt Giraud’s version of “So Small” – American Idol

The American Idol contestant managed to impress the judges last night with his grandiose performance of Carrie Underwood’s “So Small”. Kara DioGuardi had this to say about Matt Giraud’s performance: “Matt, there ain’t nothin’ small about you.” Even Simon Cowell was supposedly impressed with the rendition, praising Matt Giraud’s vocal capabilities. Well, if even the big dog was impressed, then it must’ve been good. Marr Giraud is most likely a favorite for the next round, especially due to that neat little “judges’ save” bit. But then again the voters will probably get on his side too since he proved to be the judges’ favorite.
