The legendary pop singer who passed away this summer has recently been nominated for five American Music Awards. Michael Jackson is up against Taylor Swift, Eminem, Lady GaGa and so far it seems that Taylor Swift is in the lead with six nominations. Eminem has fallen behind with just four. One of Michael Jackson’s nominations is for artist of the year… well, it’s probably the least the world can do for the poor man after dragging his corpse through so much public humiliation. But hey, anything for an honest buck… maybe they can get La Toya Jackson to accept the awards for him. It would be most befitting considering the remarkable resemblance between the two.
