Madonna’s Malawi visit
The singer who flew to Malawi on Sunday took all of her four children with her and, of course, all of their numerous toys, because what child doesn’t travel with all his toys along. Apparently, locals joked about the fact that Madonna’s lodgings seemed to be Disneyland due to all of the toys. However, Madonna did not play around in Malawi, but instead she attended the official opening of her charity’s school, Raising Malawi Academy for Girls, of which she said: “It’s an honor for me to be able to help as many of these girls as I can achieve their dreams. I’m also incredibly proud of all the projects Raising Malawi is involved in and I look forward to visiting a number of them during my visit.” Why is it just girls? Don’t the boys deserve an equal chance? Or is Madonna having preference issues?
