An ambulance left Britney Spears’ home pat 1AM on Thursday morning. The windows were covered and a police convoy of dozens of cops lead the way. Britney was in the ambulance and was taken to UCLA Medical Center, arriving at around 1:35 AM. Following the ambulance, were Adnan Ghalib and Lynne Spears – in the same car!
Britney is said to be put under a 5150 psychiatric hold at the hospital for 72 hours. Hopefully, her treatment will be extended and she gets to be committed. It seems that the psychiatrist who is seeing the pop wreck was the one who called for the cops due to concern for Britney’s deteriorating condition.

Due date for submissions is December 14. The winning video will be aired on TRL on December 20.
I guess Timbaland really had a point in not wanting Britney to perform.
Britney Spears may have been aiming to bring the house down when she opened the MTV Video Music Awards but she did that a completely different way from what she was hoping.
First, she made jaws drop by wearing a skimpy outfit when she pretty much looks like a house. And then it looked as if she was sleepwalking through her entire performance of her single ‘Gimme More’. She looked like jiggling jello rather than a dancer and she couldn’t even lipsynch right when her mouth was barely able to follow the words.
When the camera panned to stars like Rihanna, 50 Cent and Diddy, it was obvious that they weren’t feeling her either.
Brit, your career called. It said it wants its dignity back.
Not only are the suits at Jive Records nervous about Britney Spears’ ‘comeback’ performance during the MTV VMA’s, so is famed producer Timbaland. Timbaland, who is the event’s musical director doesn’t want Britney to perform to avoid all the unnecessary drama. Naturally, reps for MTV, Timbaland and Britney refused to comment on the rumors. I don’t know about you guys but I’m getting really antsy waiting for this so-called ‘comeback.’ of course Britney is going to take the lime light from other performance. I mean Britney and vmas it’s practically her show when she’s performing. I would love to see her perform! But this will certainly be the last chance this girl will have to show us and prove to all that she is not mentally unfit, and if she does go on and do something wreckful then man this might just be the last time her fans would be seeing her for a long long time. It would prove Timbaland right and her detractors right as well.
