Buckcherry have just released a live video performance of their new single, “Rescue Me.” The clip was filmed in Japan during their recent tour there supporting Black Butterfly. “Rescue Me” Building on the success of their current co-headlining tour, Avenged Sevenfold and Buckcherry have announced the next leg beginning on January 28th in Salt Lake City, UT. The next dates on the arena tour include Papa Roach and Saving Abel, offering fans 4 bands for under $40.00. The Buckcherry and Avenged Sevenfold package is considered to be one of the three major successful rock tours of the season, along with AC/DC and Metallica.

Buckcherry have just unveiled a live performance of their hit power-ballad “Don’t Go Away.” The video was filmed for Clear Channel’s Stripped live series. The song comes off the band’s Black Butterfly album which hits stores this past fall.

MTV2 have premiered the video for “18 Days,” the new single from Saving Abel. The clip was directed by Travis Kopach (Panic At The Disco, Black Tide) and features the band performing on the USS Hornet. The San Francisco based naval carrier won 9 battle stars for her service in WWII.

Saving Abel will be out on tour supporting Buckcherry and Avenged Sevenfold starting on November 4th. Check out the band’s MySpace profile page for all of the dates.

Buckcherry and Avenged Sevenfold today announced additional dates for their co-headline U.S. tour due to the overwhelming response to the dates already announced. The two chart-topping rock bands will continue their trek through arenas playing to tens of thousands of fans as the tour dates extend into December. Eleven Seven Music/Atlantic Records hard rock band Buckcherry scored their first Top 10 album today on the SoundScan/Billboard 200 album chart with Black Butterfly, the much-anticipated follow-up to 2006’s RIAA-certified platinum 15.

Black Butterfly debuted at #8 on the chart, the highest debuting rock album.

“Buckcherry keeps letting it rip,” said People magazine in a 3/4 star review of the album.
