Scott Stapp in the Clear

It looks like former Creed front man Scott Stapp is in the clear of getting domestic assault charges pinned on him. In fact, I’m pretty sure that the papers are close to, or maybe even already thrown out as he and his wife are hot and heavy once again.
According to Jose Lambiet of the Palm Beach Post, the rocker was arrested last May for felony assault when her threw a bottle of Orangina at his wife Jaclyn’s head which he missed. But now, the couple says that they are “passionately in love, blessed with two beautiful children”. Sources says that the charge, now a misdemeanor, will be dismissed come next month.
