For your consideration 2024 I am offering an antique Art Nouveau jewelry/ keepsake box. The embossed details are absolutely stunning and the quality is unlike anything we see in this modern life. The silver is not marked, but I don't think its sterling. It could perhaps be 800 silver or a lesser grade but Im not sure. All I can tell you is that its a heavy piece and the quality looks and feels outstanding. My guess is that its silver plated. I did notice that one of the legs was repaired at some point, please see close ups. Also, I'm sure at some point it had velvet lining and it is now gone. Other than that this piece is a true masterpiece. This box might be larger than it appears in photos, its approximately 10” long and 6” at its tallest point.
