Beautiful Bespoke Tutu Dress

The pretty pink unlined bodice is covered in shabby chiffon roses and hydrangeas in a mix of pinks and ivory.
The hand tied strips of fluffy tulle of the tutu is also covered with a scattering of hydrangeas in a mix of pinks and ivory.
