Care.
Natural fur can not be washed. If the toy is wet, dry it naturally. Do not use a heater or hair dryer with hot air. If the fur needs to be cleaned, use special services for this.
After a long journey in a box, the fur can be with creases. Give the toy time to take the correct shape. This may take 2024 several hours or days. You can help by wiping the fur with a wet hand. But you don't need to wet the fur very much :) Then it will dry out without the help of a hair dryer and other means. Only in room temperature air :)
