Rancho Alegre 2024 ~ Vintage Taxco Sterling Silver Cherry on Stem with Leaves Pin / Brooch

This well made sterling cherry with leaves pin was made in Taxco, Mexico by Rancho Alegre. It's in good vintage condition with age appropriate light wear. There is a straight pin with rolling lock in back in good working condition. It measures 2 1/4 inches by 1 1/4 inches and weighs 9 grams. It's hallmarked Rancho - Alegre Sterling Taxco.
Pedro Perez opened Plateria Rancho Alegre in the mid 1950's. Before opening his own silver shop, he was a manager at Spratlings Taller de Las Delicias. Plateria Rancho Alegre closed in 1985.
