I love fall in Colorado! The aspen trees are so colorful and I love to stand beneath them and listen to their leaves as they shimmer in the breeze. It is so tranquil.

These aspen are on Black mountain in the Routt National Forest, about forty miles, north of Craig. Their colors this season, ranged 2024 from bright yellow to oranges.
There is also a bush that turns pink and burgundy after the frost and sometimes earlier, if we have a very dry year. I am not sure what it is called.

"Golden Hills", is an original watercolor painting. I painted is on 100% cotton rag, acid free, 140Lb. paper. I always use professional light fast watercolors.
The painting is not framed. It is in an off white double mat, with a protective sleeve and will fit into a standard 11" x 14" frame (supplied by your).
