I have a set of two Hello Kitty build a bear. Orange Halloween DOES NOT have BUTT tag. It was cut, not by me, but that's how it was when I bought it. Winking Kitty does have tag. Both clean, great condition. Winking Kitty could use some more fluff.(In my opinion) but, you may like it as it is. I typically like mine a little firmer.
