2024 Vintage scarce medal Chicago World's Fair Italian Day August 6,1933 missing fastener otherwise good condition

This medal is far less common than other medals related to Italy 2024 from the Chicago World's Fair. The medal was struck for Italian Day at the Fair which was August 6, 1933. It features Christopher Columbus the obverse is his ship the Santa Maria and the quote in Latin by Horace "They change their sky, not their soul, who rush across the sea" missing the fastener it presently measures 3" long.
