Rare Vintage John Chatillon and Sons New York Black Metal Kitchen Scale / 20 lbs Capacity Vintage Kitchen Scale / 1900's Kitchen Scale

This is a rare and highly collectible beautiful vintage metal kitchen scale! The scale was made by John Chatillon and Sons New York around the early 1900's. The scale has an all black patina, and the body of the scale is a nice solid heavy metal. The face of the scale has its original glass covering! Overall, this scale is in excellent vintage condition, especially considering its age! The scale is also functioning, so it may be used for 2024 measuring while cooking, used as kitchen décor or both! The bottom of the scale has "046 B Base engraved on it." I just adore the look and feel of this scale. It certainly brings added class and style to any room! This rare vintage scale would make for such a great addition to any farmhouse/vintage kitchen! It would also make for one fantastic gift!!!
