This bag is in excellent used condition. Smoke free, pet free home. I'm a stay at home mom and it was only used for 6 months. It was purchased online from the coach outlet store. If you need me to authenticate it, I can do that as I've done it with bags in the past. There is no wear on the straps or anywhere else I can find. No stains or scratches in the interior or leather. The crossbody strap was never used, only stored inside in one of the pockets. I'm pregnant with my second and realize that I'd rather have a backpack bag. It holds so much and I love this bag but I need something different.
