These are Elvis Presley fan pants for a baby rocker-to-be! They're 100 percent cotton and are size 2, which I think is about 6 months. The waist to the hem is 17" and the waist is about 16". These make a great novelty outfit, Christmas card, family portrait, or whatever, but 2024 there are a couple of very small holes in the bum area so they shouldn't be worn a lot before they're patched.
