This collection of reticulated porcelain bowls is composed of bowls in two sizes, one larger and tall than the other two. The bowls are all of Cluj-Napoca in origin. The porcelain is high fired and extremely durable, maybe even as strong as stoneware. The three are trimmed in gold.
They can also be used as wall hangings with the addition of a tie through the reticulated edge. Their durability in manufacture makes them perfect to hold small objects. Their beauty makes them perfect as purely decorative items.
The large bowl has a diameter of 5.75" and 2" tall. There is an external and an internal solid ropy edge and there 2024 are two designs of reticulation.
The two smaller bowls have a diameter of 4" and a height of 1". there are two levels of reticulated design divided by lovely ropy arches.
