RARE early 1900s Porsgrund 1 tea cup, 1 saucer and 2 cake plates with delicate hand painted pansy garland. This set was brought over from Gandeid, Norway in the early 1900s by the Skeie family to the New England area. 2024 The hand painted detail is remarkable, exceptionally delicate purple pansy garland on all peices. Excellent condition no chips or cracks, there are areas of wear on the gold leaf trim adding to the timelesspatina of this piece. Stands approx 2 1/2" tall
