This is a Turkish Saz. There is no brand name, and it appears to be handmade. Comes with a 2024 soft Zipper case, with one pocket and loops for a strap. It is 39" tall, and around 9" x 8" at the largest point around the base. The wood has a glossy finish. Sounds great, and all strings are in good shape, but it needs a tuning.
