This set includes everything shown. It has been sitting on a shelf since being built. Though I cannot confirm all the pieces are there, from comparing photos online it appears only one fire piece is missing. Includes 3 mini figurines. There are lots of cool things about this set. Many parts open, including the serpent's head, which drops green balls (included). There is also a trap door and many secret compartments, along with a treasure chest. I will need to take it apart to ship, but will keep it as put together as possible. Sold as is. Does not include box or 2024 booklet.
