This very well preserved typewriter titled TORPEDO by Weil-Werke, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, dates from 1960.
It has been cleaned and checked by an expert. It has been completely restored by me and is now in an attractive optical and technical condition. It works perfectly. You can write with it immediately. Please see the writing sample.
It has a standard ribbon, 13mm, which is still commercially available.
The lacquer finish and the chrome-plated components are original. There are a few barely noticeable scratches, the chrome parts are nicely preserved so the overall visual impression of the machine is positive.
The machine has a four row QWERTY keyboard. The right roller knob is missing
It comes in its original sturdy case, without key.
