Bookends Pair 2024 Connecticut Foundry The Storm Cast Iron

2024 Pair of 1920's cast iron bookends. Each bookend shows a scene of a running semi-nude couple - arm in arm with billowing garments with trees and foliage in the background. Great Art Nouveau style with beautiful detailing. Finish is in colors of yellow, brown, green and black on a gold background. They measure just under 6" tall and are 3 7/8" wide. One has felt padding on it's base. Both are marked on the back "The Storm Copyright 1928" with the Connecticut Foundry logo of a "C" within a triangle within a circle. There are several small flakes to the finish on each.
