Vintage RARE Coq de Strasbourg Collectibles. Great addition to your collection! The canisters are handpainted ceramic and were manufactured in Italy by Sigma Tastesetter. The pattern features a large rooster along with berries and leaves.

This is a listing for all THREE canisters. One canister is larger than the other two. Approximate dimensions are below. Each canister has a rooster with a red/yellow band around it and trimmed with green leaves and red berries. The top of each canister has a rose flower with leaves attached. There is no crazing or chips on any of the canisters. However, one of the roses on the top of a canister was broken and repaired by the previous owner. It is an excellent repair and hardly noticeable but is noted as not being in pristine condition. Photo of the rose repair is attached for your consideration.

Sigma Tastesetter was a New York-based importer/distributor of giftware that started in the late 1960s. Later it became known as the Towle International Company that became a leader in Sesame Street and Star Wars products and other figural cookie jars.
