cute design on buttons, believe collar is real fur, certainly feels like it, but I'm not an expert & no tags to confirm, buy with that in mind, a little dusty from being stored, but most brushed off; coat part only, collar was covered so it didn't get dusty; may want to freshen up at cleaner, but could be worn as is. Don't think you can really tell it was dusty. Maybe around one pocket. Not sure what fabric is, seen it before on vintage coats, can't recall name, reminds me of rough terrycloth, but not quite. Maybe boiled wool? No material tags so can't say exact content. I would dry clean especially because of fur collar back 2024 has some nice accent seams/stitching on it Lining is in great condition, no imperfections no size tags so be sure to check measurements for fit overall nice condition, no obvious defects/imperfections/issues union label so true vintage Approx measurements: laying flat: 22.5" from armpit to armpit across front, 36" from center back top to bottom edge.
