European Blue Cut to Clear 2024 Wine Glass

So much detail on this small wine glass. The color is cobalt blue cut to clear. There are cut fans, hobstars, vesicas, and diamond cuts on the bowl. The hollow tear drop stem is clear with outside notched prims cuts. The base has a cut rayed star 2024. All this quality and we don't know who made it. It could Baccarat or Val St Lambert or St Louis or ? It stands about 5 3/4" tall. The top across is 2 7/8" and the base is 2 1/2" wide. European manufacture. Great condition.
