Exceptional piece of Norwegian rosemaling, hand-shaped wood bowl and hand-painted in Norway. This is not a modern piece. made in the 60s and dated and signed on back.

As the photos indicate this is time-consuming work, taking 2024 many hours to complete. The pattern is first applied to the plate, then colors are gradually built up and carefully blended to create the sense of depth

In good vintage condition with minimal flaws from handmade production and storage.
