Tested, working! Comes with charger, memory stick, & Brand NEW battery! Works great Has a little problem with stick (sometimes), but works as intended also the charger is old if you playing a game when connected it wont charge you have to charge it when you are not moving the psp or find a right position to charge it. Console has lots of cosmetic flaws like 2024 scratches & scuffs.
