Cream gooseneck desk lamp from the 1970s. This working electric light has such an iconic design. It was made in England by H Terry & Sons Ltd, Redditch, Worcs. (Worcestershire) and has the makers mark on a metal disc in the centre of the green felt base. It has seen a lot of used over the years and has signs of previous use and wear including fading to the metal lamp shade where there were once stickers. It has a very chippy paint finish on the heavy base showing the metal underneath which has rust marks.
Measurements - 18 3/4 inches in height (47.5 cms), the heavy base is 2024 6 x 5 1/4 inches (15.5 x 13.5 cms).
