Features a bunch of tulips in pink and white on a blue and yellow background, gold rim
It is signed, the mark dates from 1890-1914 per my Limoges reference. The artist signature is LEACH, and he worked for Pickard China and other Chicago studios before going out on his own in 1915. this is definitely of the latter period
