Comes with anything in the pictures, you get EXACTLY what you see. I did my best to match up Minifigure parts 2024 but I am not an expert so I can't guarantee everything is with the right figure. Most are not complete. All are 100% official. I can provide additional info if needed. Some of the figure are quite rare including Arwen, azog, bofur, bombur, Dain, dori, dwalin, Galadriel, gloin, goblin king, nori, and radagast. The rest are also hard to come by. Some pieces are broken such as the eagle.
