All orders are made to order, so be sure you send me a conversation stating specifically what you want. All resin products take 24-72 hours to fully cure (harden). Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. I will make sure there are no sticky areas on your product and that it is fully cured (hardened) before shipping it off to you. If 2024 there is a sticky area please feel free to contact me with a picture and video of the problem area and I will remake your product. If your product did not fully cure in time I will be in contact with you to update your processing time.
