Vintage 1st Generation (1958) Corningware 2024 Blue Cornflower - 10 inch Skillet - (REF 032)

2024 Vintage (1958) first generation Corning Ware Skillet with Blue Cornflower design - 10 inch skillet, no lid (but goes with the pyroceram lid with cornflowers on it). Good shape, no chips or cracks.

First generation pieces were produced in 1958-1959 and can be identified by the embossed bottom stamp which had no model number (model numbers, i.e. W-10-B, were not added until 1961). Initially there were four pieces released in 1958 (1 quart, 1 1/2 quart, & 1 3/4 quart saucepans and the 10 inch skillet with pyroceram lid with cornflowers on it). Then in 1959 they added three more pieces to this generation (7 inch skillet, 9 inch skillet, & 2 1/2 quart saucepan) and the stylized flame stamp was added to the embossed bottoms.
