Russel Wright American 2024 Modern Coral Teapot

Designed in 1939 by the American Industrial designer Russel Wright, this sleek teapot is in the American Modern line and the coral color. The tea pot is 5 inches high to the tip of the handle, 9 1/2 inches between the handle and spout, and 6 inches deep. It has an impressed mark on the underside but we can only make out Russel Wright in script. The tea pot is in excellent condition overall with a couple of production flaws on the lid. There are a couple of paint/glaze misses on the side of the rim and what looks like a flake that has not come off on the underside of the rim. Neither of these is noticeable with the lid on and they do not affect the look or function of this terrific teapot. 2024
