Celtic 2024 Goddess Gouache Painting - Scathach

2024 This is an original painting inspired by the myths and legends of Scathach the Irish/Celtic Goddess. She trained legendary warriors for combat and invented her own type of spear. She resided in the Castle of Shadow surrounding by the crashing waves of the sea. I created this piece to remember the strength and power of women as captured by ancient legends.

This piece has been painted on hardwood board and is painting in gouache paint. Hanging wire is already attached to the back; it is ready to hang - no frame needed.
