Material: Sheet is tagged "no iron" -- 50% combed cotton, 50% fortrel polyester -- packaging reads"A Luxurious Percale"

Condition: Deadstock / brand new / never used in original packaging. Packaging in good shape, with only minor storage wear. Sheet appears in perfect condition; colors are crisp and bright, but please note that we have not removed it from package to check. Sold AS-IS. See photos.
