1936 Medical Book, Materia Medica Dental Pharmacology 2024 and Pharmaco-Therapeutics, Materia Dentica, Dental Medicine, Dentistry Pharmacy

This old book is called "A 2024 Textbook of Dental Pharmacology Materia Dentica and Pharmaco-Therapeutics", published in 1936. This is not a reproduction, not a re-print, and not a digital print ... this is an authentic book of the period. Written by Dr. William H.O. McGehee, this was published by P. Blakiston's Son & Co., Inc. of Philadelphia. The book seems to have been intended for dentists and the dental professions, to help them identify the actions, uses, and dosage of drugs. This volume was once owned by Ernest Goetzberger of Temple University in October 1936, and there is a neat cursive name on the inside cover attesting to this. The book is in good condition. All 489 pages are here, the binding is secure, and there are a few tables and graphs, with an extensive and useful index. Still useful and readable, and quite interesting as it reveals the state of medical knowledge about 80 years ago. The book measures about 9 1/4" by 6 3/8" by 1 3/8". In good condition.
