This is a 1962, I believe, Bugs Bunny pull-string talker! It is a bit dirty but does function. Sometimes the speed on the talker goes up and down. But it seems to work better the more I handle it. These were made 2024 by Mattel and are very collectible. I wiped him down with a wet cloth a little, but I believe he will come much cleaner. I've seen these guys for sale for up to $300. So this is a great investment!!.
