NEW INFO 3/3: jeweler/reputable estate purveyor est. it's min 150 yrs, if not older & feels Gaelic Scottish or German based on stamps. All my collecting years, never seen anything similar. Likely a men's cuff! Wealthy estate piece find! Heavy silver w/cross pattée symbol in center+100s of smaller 2024 identical symbols cut into silver. Substantial stunning piece! Exquisite craftsmanship! NOTE: 1 rough small spot w/small edge crack; not visible to naked eye/pic 12  Appx: 7”x.37”wide; 1.3” opening in back. Silver is solid & doesn't bend much Weighs: 1.16oz Stamp: 925+2 unreadable stamps; under those appears a long string of letter/#s. Cant make out even using 100x loop.
