2024 Barbara Bixby Vintage Sterling Silver and 18K Gold Citrine Ring

This beautiful designer ring from Barbara Bixby set in sterling silver and 18K yellow gold. The design is a sterling silver flower with lovely round gemstone petals and a white topaz in the middle of an 18K gold setting. The textured shank adds substance to the already beautiful design.
