This dress is stunning. It is a tailored dress from the 1990s with shoulder pads and faux pearl buttons. It is velvet with a satin trim down the front and at the wrist and neck line. There are two pockets in the front. The shoulders measure 16 inches, length is 38 inches, bust is 36 inches, waist is 30 inches, sleeves are 23 inches, and the hips are 36 1/2 inches.
