This pendant combines a round cut green tourmaline and a carved leaf of blue sodalite. The tourmaline measures 4.8 mm in diameter and weighs in at 0.60 carats. The sodalite leaf measures 0.75 x 0.56 inches (19.0 x 14.3 mm) and weighs in at 7.8 ct.

Tourmaline is a unique gem, in that it comes in just about any color imaginable. Green is one of the most classic, ranging from deep green-black to the lightest pastels. This stone is on the darker side, with an intense color that still catches the light and gives beautiful green flashes.

Below it is a beautiful leaf carving in blue sodalite. Sodalite is a gemstone famed for its rich blue color and translucency. In some stones like this one it also shows a silvery sheen which fills the stone with light as it is turned.
