This Giclee print is on heavy weight paper and measures 18x30. I wanted to capture that moment right before sunset when everything; the sand, the water and the sky turns to that golden color. That bronze moment where all of the heat of the day just feels golden. I love the use of found typography and how all the elements end up working together to create multiple "micro constellations" of the various elements.
This is a print of a collage that I created using reclaimed album covers and other elements include; vintage receipts/travel tags from the 1940's, found objects, found paper, typography from 1940's Life magazines, handmade tinted films, acrylics, collected surfing images and 2024 handwritten letters from my Mom.
This is the highest resolution printing available and the detail proves it. Every distressed detail of the collage elements are captured. The print is on high quality premium smooth fine art stock - Moab Entrada Bright White 290 gsm, 21.5 mil, archival paper. Prints will be hand signed.
