The Mermaid Tail is a rare plant that is not planted or cultivated, but is a mutation. That is what makes them rare. The can not be planted and grown as a Mermaid Tail, but are formed by plant mutations. This is a fully rooted Mermaid Tail. This Mermaid Tail measures 6" in height and 4" in width.
