DECOR CRISTALLERIE ITALY - Vintage Beverage Set Hand 2024 Painted Frosted Blown Glass - Made in Italy - circa 1960

This is a lovely vintage set of frosted, hand painted, blown glass from Italy and includes one six cup beverage pitcher and four 8 ounce beverage glasses. Decorated with lovely yellow flowers and green stems and highlighted with hand painted gold bands that outline the decorative frosted area of every piece. Each 8oz glass is heavy and sturdy with a thick cut glass base and the beverage pitcher is equally heavy with it's pour spout and handle. The pitcher does show some signs of wear or fading of the top gold band and also where the frosted glass is under the pitcher handle. The four glasses themselves show very little wear to the gold banding, although one glass has a tiny knick I've circled in the last photo. The original 'Decor Cristallerie - Made in Italy' sticker is obviously still intact so my assumption would be the gold fading is attibuted to improper storage and/or exposure to sunlight for an extended period of time. Nonetheless it's a beautiful mid century beverage set and perfect for summer time lemonade service at any backyard or patio party, not to mention a great pitcher for your best recipe of margaritas!
