When Ian contacted me about this costume, this was his request, "I would like a yellow fin tuna costume for 2024 a yellow Labrador. I would like it to look more like a mount than a cartoon."
From that point, we began to work on sketches, measurements, and fabrics. The costume listed is what our final creation looks like. Hoping to get some pics of it being worn so I can share those as wells.
This costume is formed using sewing, sculpting, and painting of the vinyl and lined for comfort. The head protrudes through the mouth opening and a wide belly strap holds it in place between front and back legs. The lower back fin extends just behind the hind legs.
