Victorian Steel Bead 2024 Velvet Pouch Handbag/Purse/Wristlet

I just love these little pouches. Soft beige velvet fabric is adored with steel beads, hand sewn into a lovely floral design. There is an additional outline of beading on the purse, but the highlight 2024 is the lovely steel bead tassels at the bottom. Pull the chain at the top to close. Use to display or put it to light use on an evening out. Excellent condition! Measures 5" high by almost 5" wide without the tassels. Cute!!
