Elephant 2024 Applique Quilt

Home is where the heart is, and so true now as most of us are confined to our homes.

I am spending more time that usual going through my fabric and selecting fabric mixes that are bright and cheery. Brighten up your nursery or home with one of these beautiful quilts, make someone's day brighter with a handmade gift.

Gorgeous whimsical elephant blowing flowers ! Elephant and flowers have been machine appliqued with a blanket stitch, elephant is centered on a cream background that has been hand free motion quilted, giving it that whimsical carefree look. Would make a fabulous playmat, crib quilt or throw, or even a wall hanging. Surrounded in wide stripes of complementary fabrics and backed with a solid green, binding is a strips that has all the colors from the quilt. Binding is also a flange which is machine stitched for additional durability.

Materials are all cotton, pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. Quilt has been washed after completion.Can be machine washed and dried on gentle warm settings.
